Theresa High School is a co – educational English and Marathi medium High school founded in 1968 and conducted by the Pereira Wadi Education Society. Mumbai -72 to give an all round education to children irrespective of caste and creed. Its syllabus is laid down by the Department of Education, and is recognised by the Government of Maharashtra. The School comprises of ten standards and the course of studies of the school is arranged according to the Maharashtra State curriculum. Its aim is to prepare the pupils for the Secondary School Certificate Examination.
The academic year begins in June and consists of two terms, first term from June to October and second term from November to May.
The members of the staff are highly qualified, trained and experienced. Above all they form a well knit team and are co-operative, pain – taking, kind and sympathetic to the pupil.
Pupils should take particular care to be punctual. They will not be allowed to be late and all the pupils are required to be in their seats before the second bell. No pupil shall be allowed entry into the class after the second bell without Headmistress’s permission.
